With its 40 editions Agrimont has become the most complete exhibition for mountain agriculture. It is a spring appointment that marks the reawakening of nature, and where the rural mountain world presents everything that makes it unique: from machinery and equipment for hillside farming to techniques and products for the care and maintenance of the territory, through to typical food and wine and other products such as cheese, honey, cured meats and cold cuts. The event attracts leading companies from the fields of agriculture, forestry, livestock, mountain gardening and floriculture, becoming increasingly a hub for mountain agriculture in conjunction with the adjacent areas of Veneto and Friuli, from where exhibitors and visitors also come. During the trade fair, many side events are organised including conferences, workshops and in-depth meetings on current agriculture-related topics, demonstrations, courses, and celebrations such as the Mountain Beekeeping Day, the European Day of Artisan Gelato, and the traditional exhibition of the most important cattle, horse, sheep, goat and poultry breeds of the Alps. Taking care of the earth, tasting its fruits and experiencing it are the foundations of Agrimont. This is the trade fair where you really get to be in touch with the mountain environment and to learn how to respect nature and to nourish oneself in a healthy way through its products.
